Description:
The Associate Business Director will report to a Senior Business
Director and work closely with a team of Senior Business Executive and
Business Executives. This individual will work as one of the key client
contacts, and assume responsibility for making the client(s) meet their
business goals. The Associate Business Director will be responsible for
running all aspects of client businesses as well as ensuring a
profitable, growing department and Company.
Responsibilities:
- Leading business objective and strategy development
- Keeping abreast of project progress both internally and with Client
- Maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and
external contacts
- Maintaining strong relationships with staff and growing the team as
necessary
- Reviewing accounts to ensure that they are operating profitably and
efficiently
- Provide direction for developmental success and contribution to the
success of the team
Qualifications:
Essentials for the position: Must possess excellent management,
analytical, multi- tasking and decision making abilities, as well as a
seasoned knowledge of all business disciplines. In addition, ideal
candidate must have:
- 3+ years of direct marketing or CRM experience in the mainland China
w/ an integrated
marketing perspectives.
- Agency and account management experience with strong client-facing and
relationship
management skills.
- Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
- Successful track record managing multiple client assignments.
- Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional
presentation skills
- Fluent in English writing and speaking
- Experienced in automobile industry will be a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
