| Accountabilities: |
| |
Provides the leadership and direction to develop, recommend and implement programs, policies procedures, and standards for all clinical areas of Indiana Clinic. Works collaboratively with physician leaders and Vice Presidents of clinical divisions to establish strategy for clinical care from advanced providers. Accountable for driving preeminence throughout all clinical areas of Indiana Clinic. Provides oversight of collaborative agreements and the provision of medical care. Develops long term strategy (two to five years) for advanced provider use to meet emerging heath care needs. Develops a process to ensure continuing education requirements are met. Ensures the credentialing process is defined and streamlined for Indiana Clinic in order to maximize revenue and cash flow. |
| Personnel Management: |

Develops strategy to use advanced providers as a key for providing clinical care, especially as physician shortage stresses ability to deliver preeminent care. Identifies strategies for recruiting and retaining non physician providers. Fosters culture of preeminence among advanced providers. |
| Compensation: |
| |
Ensures a market competitive total compensation and benefit package for advanced providers. Collaborates with Indiana Clinic HR and HR to ensure innovative, market competitive, aligned compensation strategy. Develops an incentive compensation component of pay. Provides consultation to the process for determining and applying equity adjustment, and experience hiring offers, so that all providers are paid appropriately and fairly according to market. Results in ability to attract/retain/and provide seamless patient care. |

Ensures compliance with practice care standards in hospital and ambulatory care settings. Ensure consistent medical supervision from one service line to the next. Defines productivity and quality targets for advanced providers. |

Maintains at all times the confidentiality of any patient or employee medical, financial, or personal information, and other information, records and data to which there is access. Views, uses or discloses such information only for reasons necessary to perform duties. Responsible to challenge unauthorized individuals from viewing such confidential patient or employee information or accessing restricted areas. |

| QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: |
| Requires NP, PA or Masters in Nursing. |
| Requires 10 years of progressive nursing, leadership, and provider experience. |
| Requires ability to manage complex healthcare provider services. |
| Requires ability to create strategy to deliver on healthcare in complex, undefined new system using provider workforce to meet emerging patient needs. |
| Requires ability to work across multiple clinical divisions and service lines with varying demands and leaders and create unified provider team which is competitively paid, has a sense of consistency and systematic in approach to clinical care and pay systems. |
Requires ability to inspire a corporate culture of excellence and preeminence in care and service among provider team.
