Description:
Our client, a national hotel management company is looking for a Corporate Director of Human Resources in their Charlotte North Carolina office location. This position will report to the President of the company.
Job requirements include:
Plan and implement all HR policies, programs & practices to include employee
relations; training & development; compensation & benefits; recruitment
Assist operational managers to meet operational objectives; ensure
compliance to policies; promote positive representation of company values &
vision
Provide direction to property & corporate management relative to HR policy &
compliance; investigate & resolve all HR related issues that represent
exposure for the company
Ensure all employment laws to include EEO guidelines, local, federal & state
regulations as well as DOL regulations are maintained
Manage all group insurance benefits; 401k administration; workers
compensation; policies, programs & procedures
Requirements for this position include:
Five Years Human Resources experience
Hotel & Multi unit experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Team player
Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, employee relations, training &
development.
Strong administrative & managerial skills required.
