Maintain engineering standards for aftermarket repair facility in accordance with corporate, and Canada Service Center Network procedures. Ensure the quality of products meets or exceeds customer requirements. Supervise and oversee activities of process, product, and project engineers. Interface with customers and FAA representatives on quality and engineering issues. Provide technical direction to manufacturing. Conduct periodic reviews of repair processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and develop strategies consistent with long range plans of the plant and the corporation.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Metallurgical Engineering .

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the aerospace industry.

• Strong supervisory and managerial skills required.

• Must possess strong background in aftermarket repair, manufacturing, and engineering with the ability to structure effective systems and direct teams.
