Position Title: Finance Effectiveness Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA.

Position Description:
The Advisory group delivers comprehensive client services related to transactions, performance improvement and crisis management. As part of the Advisory group, the Finance Effectiveness team leverages capabilities to solve critical market issues impacting CFOs today. The Finance Effectiveness mission is to advise CFO’s and their organizations in transforming Finance from being purely transactional, to playing a more strategic and critical performance management role. The current focus is to help CFOs reduce complexity by focusing on:
The Finance Effectiveness team has opportunities for Senior Associates to deliver client services across these areas of focus.
Position Requirements:
The ideal Manager candidate will have 7+ years of and a strong background in core financial processes and accounting functions. Applied experience in performance and process improvement is required: analyzing a process, use of benchmarks, knowledge of best practices, and redesigning processes,.
Additional experience required:
In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong professional presence are required.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA or MA/MS in a related field is a plus.
