This
position exists to assist the Director in
planning, directing and overall operation of the
area. Manages ongoing analysis, development, and
implementation of methods and systems to improve
overall efficiency and effectiveness of services
and functions.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Requires current Indiana
license or eligibility for
Indiana licensure as a
Pharmacist.
- Requires Pharm. D. degree or
BS degree in Pharmacy.
- Requires knowledge of
federal and state laws and
regulations pertaining to
dispensing of drugs and
narcotics.
- Requires knowledge of
pharmacy and hospital.com.
Requires knowledge of pharmacy
and hospital computer systems
and computer- assisted devices.
- Requires knowledge in
business applications.
- Requires ability to plan and
manage the utilization of
resources.
- Requires ability to
facilitate and lead work groups.
- Requires ability to apply
Clarian personnel policies and
procedures.
- Requires effective written
and verbal communication skills.
- Requires strong customer
service skills.
- Requires ability to promote
