Job Description : |
Lead Roaming and international strategy, intercarrier
product development for products, services and new lines of business
within AT& T Mobility.
Essentail Job Responsibilites:
1. Strategy - Formulate and position AT&T Mobility roaming product
strategy by leveraging unique intercarrier practices and standards.
Rationalize products and manage carrier relationships in order to
facilitate product integration with AT&T Mobility's 400+ global
partners. Negotiate wholesale product pricing points as needed with
Vendor and Carrier community. Develop contributions for industry forum
and standards development delegates as needed.
2. Product Development - Serve as the Roaming Organization Project
Manager and product SME for numerous initiatives going through the AT &
T Mobility wide Product Development Process (PDP). Responsible for the
development of business cases, solution architecture, roaming
operational processes, communication plans, and product delivery with
cross functional partners, external vendors, and carrier community.
Provide business and functional requirements. Provide reporting metrics
on key deliverables for senior management and cross functional partners.
Cultivate and develop new products and service opportunities for future
revenue and cost cutting opportunities.
Manage deliverables process of all major milestones associated with new
lines of business to market; including project/program management or
internal and external partners.

Additional Information : |
Understanding of:
GSM roaming billing and settement processes- TAP:Transferred Account
Procedure(GSM intercarrier billing standard)
Roaming related fields including highly specialized knowledge of circuit
and packet transpoft concepts related to GSM/GPRS C7 signaling, CAMEL,
MMS interworking and UMTS/HSDPA.
