We believe search and recruitment of employees must be conducted in a professional and highly organized manner, never left to chance.  Our goal is a successful recruiting effort resulting in career hires, and the fee is only one way we keep score.  At the Pailin Group, we fully believe that when excellence is required, experience counts.  The Pailin Group Professional Search Consultants are engaged exclusively on retainer basis.  Frankly, a strategic executive search initiative or national recruiting effort may not be appropriate for all vacancies nor for every organization.  Our practice ideally performs successfully for organizations with clear objectives and the resources to welcome the best into their ranks.  Our fees are competitive and designed to meet the budgets of large and most high potential growth organizations.
