Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Drive market share in assigned geographic area through extensive direct calling program.
* Identify/Structure creative financial solutions (asset-based, project finance and cash flow) within customer parameters by working in collaboration with deal teams including Risk, Capital Markets and Legal.
* Participate in underwriting and closing processes to ensure that customer needs are met consistent with commercial Finance risk management philosophy and principles.
* Continuously identify top prospects and supplement referral sources with frequent targeted direct calling on strategic corporate accounts.
* Collaborate with portfolio team to maintain relationship with assigned customers to maximize referral opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
* Must be willing to travel 60%.
* Must be willing to work in an office in Houston.
* Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check
Desired:
MBA.

General:
As part of Corporate Lending, responsible for originating and closing senior secured transactions including asset-based and cash flow financings and structured leases to meet established targets in the Houston/Southern Louisiana /South Texas area. The position will require the direct solicitation of companies as well as working with other firm businesses to cross sell products through their sales network.
