Description: Our premier health care client is currently recruiting for an exceptional CFO to join an organization ranked among the top 100 health care firms in the nation and the top 200 in the world. This position is right for a well tenured CFO who wants the challenge of making a strategic difference in a company with substantive plans for continued growth. In fact this opportunity is available due to the promotion of the existing  professional in this role. The successful candidate will take on a highly visible role based at the corporate offices in Dallas Texas reporting directly to the Senior Executive Management team.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership and financial communication to groups within the corporate management structure and at the executive level to support the analysis and achievement of operational and financial objectives.

The CFO’s responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the company’s fiscal integrity through strong oversight and continuous improvement of all financial controls and IT systems and the concise, timely and effective analysis and reporting of financial and operating performance to senior management and the President. We seek an individual with unquestionable integrity, work ethic and professionalism. The CFO directly supervises the Corporate Controller and indirectly supervises the performance of the regional controllers in the organization’s subsidiaries.

 
Experience: The ideal candidate must have substantial health care or related industry experience along with Big 5 public accounting experience. Current or previous experience as a CFO of a multimillion dollar or larger firm and has served as an integral management team member is mandatory. Our client seeks a candidate experienced in communicating with senior management of a closely held firm. Must have a polished professional demeanor and have the ability to offer keen problem resolution skills and superior customer service. 

The successful candidate will have preferably eight years or more of increasingly responsible finance leadership positions within an entrepreneurial minded business environment and a proven track record of developing business strategies that enable a company to achieve financial goals. Superior communication and interpersonal skills required. Tremendous health care market knowledge mandatory.
