CIO-Corporate Card Operations

Essential Functions
(Responsibilities):
*Lead and manage Corporate Card IT organization
*Serve on the Leadership Team of a P&L to drive overall business
strategy and meet objectives
*Define IT operation standards, processes, and procedures
*Apply enterprise operations vision to all system, technical,
application projects
*Effectively identify, establish and manage numerous vendor
relationships to drive business objectives.
*Develop and negotiate service level agreements
*Ensure service levels are maintained
*Build, develop, staff and oversee operations teams
*Effectively manage all levels of mainframe, mid-range, data and voice
WAN/LAN and desktop systems
*Recommend appropriate courses of action to developers/technicians and
management on IT operations while maintaining cost effectiveness and
competitiveness
*Oversee all projects within IT domain
*Establish, implement and manage on-going P&L objectives served by
IT operations and projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
*7-10 years of experience developing & leading organization's)
*Responsible for strategic planning & production support for IT
organizations
*Vendor Management skills & negotiations experience
*Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology & apply
it to business needs
*Dynamic leadership style that can develop and energize high-performance
work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to business needs
*Strong knowledge and understanding of business & business processes
*Strong business planning skills
*Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills & ability to communicate
with customers, employees, and senior management
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*An ability to present and discuss technical information
*5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional project management
skills and managing multiple small to large projects
*Strong analytical and conceptual skills
*Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
discipline
Desired:
*MBA in business leadership or technology management
*Blackbelt certification
