Job Description:

Will guide and oversee the development of curriculum design for all Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) training and education materials, both print and non print (including evaluations, e-learning and continuing education) for lay and health care markets.  In addition, will monitor, evaluate and improve established programs and products along with collaborating with ECC and other staff, volunteers, consultants and other educational authorities and institutions to maximize teaching, learning and retention. Other responsibilities include tracking and measuring specific outcomes and field performance of ECC materials and managing the budget supporting educational curriculum design and development.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a MS or MEd degree in education and curriculum design, with a PhD or EdD preferred, and 5 years successful education design and curriculum management experience. Should have supervisory experience and demonstrated project management, planning, and strategic thinking skills. Experience with e-education and continuing education programs is desired. Ability to travel 15% is required.
