Executive Secretary
Job Description Provides secretarial/clerical/administrative support as required for the Trust Department. Duties requiring
considerable judgment and skill include:
The successful candidate
must have great attention to detail, and demonstrate initiative and the ability
to prioritize multiple tasks.
Requirements:
Previous secretarial/clerical/administrative experience.
Must possess exceptional office and communication
skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational and computer skills
using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must be flexible, discrete, well organized,
proactive and demonstrate the ability to take initiative, handle multiple
responsibilities concurrently, and work independently.
Qualities necessary for optimal performance include
a positive attitude, enthusiasm, perseverance, responsiveness, discretion,
professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent decision making and problem assessment
skills are a must.
