We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for an excellent career opportunity as a Senior Manager.

Requirements:
To qualify for this highly visible position with excellent potential for career advancement, candidates must have: - a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (a CPA and/or a Master's degree is a plus) - a minimum of 10 years of relevant, in-depth health care advisory experience, preferably as a manager or above with a Big 5 firm, a boutique firm, or a large acute care facility - experience conducting Medicare appeals and disputed issues on behalf of hospitals - current technical skills in all areas of Medicare compliance reporting for hospitals and knowledge of applicable regulations, reimbursement principles, laws, and proposed legislation - experience in preparing provider position papers and correspondence supporting disputed issues - knowledge of methodologies for filing requests for exception, exemption, or adjustment from mandated cost limitations. 

Experience or knowledge of other healthcare providers (skilled nursing, home health, etc.) in addition to acute care facilities - knowledge of Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) proceedings (experience with the PRRB is a plus) - strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills - excellent sales and client service skills; the ability to lead in sales, client management, communications and practice development - a demonstrated ability to manage large engagements, supervise/motivate staff, and prioritize - excellent written and verbal communication skills Current contacts with hospital CEO's, COO's, and CFO's are also a plus. 

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated professional, a self starter, and be willing and able to travel, when necessary. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers. Collaborate to plan objectives and a strategy that addresses risk. Manage expectations of service. Successfully manage to the budget. Identify/communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client's industry.
