PATENT ATTORNEY
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's degree in Electrical
Engineering a plus and Juris Doctor required. Must have at least three
years experience in patent preparation and prosecution (U.S. and Foreign).
Must also be a qualified member of Patent Bar. Knowledge in the field of
digital communications highly desirable. (San Diego, CA)

PATENT AGENT
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and registered by the
USPTO required. Working towards a Juris Doctor is a plus. Five plus years
of working engineering experience with CDMA or similar digital wireless
telecommunications is highly desirable. Provides assistance in the
continued development and implementation of patent strategy. Initiates and
interprets patentability searches. Prepares analysis of patents with
relation to infringement and validity. Responsible for coordinating with
counsel the drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications, and
maintaining all related documentation. Collects and maintains data relating
to the competitive patent landscape. (San Diego, CA)

LEGAL COUNSEL
Juris Doctor required. Will draft, negotiate, and interpret technology
licensing and other contracts, and counsel with the business managers on
the consequences of business actions being considered. Five to ten years
of experience, including both law firm and in-house positions. Experience
representing a licensor of technology is important, and a background in IP
litigation, IP prosecution, or in dealing with wireless carriers would be
helpful. Must be able to think through and solve problems quickly and
efficiently, and be able to take advantage of the resources available in
San Diego for solving problems. Fast-paced international environment, must
be flexible and able to handle uncertainty. (Bay Area/Campbell, CA)
