Job Description :

Candidate will facilitate fact-based decision making by means of marketing research, market data analysis and data reviews at decision making platforms.

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Strategic Planning process by providing insights on market, products and competitive environment. Position will include; providing insights from custom market research and secondary data sources, use of state of the art market research techniques, support standardization of research methodologies across the Globe, and project management of custom market studies in response to internal client needs of the Pharmaceutical, Vision Care and Surgical Strategy groups. Candidate will have full responsibility of the Global IMS database, including supplier management, data analysis and data reporting (including dashboard reporting to CSB and the CEO). Will be responsible for reviewing results and identify business implications of the results. This position will participate in the Global MR Network.

Qualifications:
MBA or MA/MS in science/social sciences, required. International research experience a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years experience in Market Research essential, preferably client side and agency side (vendor management). Fast Moving Consumer Goods/ Pharmaceutical/devices experience preferred. Proficient analytical skills and software applications experience aimed at data analysis required. Excellent communication (presentation/written) and project management skills a must.
