Director of Business Development (NJ/PA/DE Territory)

The primary function of the Business Development Director for Drug Product focuses on representing and winning new Development and commercial Drug Product manufacturing services. The Director will be responsible for revenue growth through prospecting and the implementation of strategies that generate sales from new and existing accounts. This position works independently to conduct business development activities, support proposal generation team and spearheads all proposal and project negotiations with the customer. Leads, coaches, and mentors junior BD team members.

Global Regulatory Manager

In this role you will be responsible for the implementation of the global regulatory strategy for key active Ingredients working in collaboration with senior regulators, project managers, regulatory scientists and country/regional regulatory affairs managers.

Fungicide Discovery Biology, Associate Plant Pathologist

B.S. with 5+ years of experience or an M.S. in Plant Pathology, Agronomy, Botany or related discipline with a working knowledge of plant pathogens of major crops and their control; specific experience with crop protection compounds is an advantage but not required.

The President/CEO is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization defining the strategic direction in conjunction with the Board of Directors and with the executive team.  The President/CEO is the Administrative Executive of the Board of Directors, serving as an ex-officio member of all committees, including the Executive Committee. The President/CEO oversees the following of the organization: leadership, strategy and board governance; operational planning and management; program planning and external relations; workforce planning and management; financial management and operations; and risk management.
