The Maintenance Technician should perform regular electrical and mechanical inspections, at locations, and detect any malfunctions, conduct repairs, refurbishing properties and leaning of the grounds. The Maintenance Technician should always comply with industry standards and safety conditions. Duties also includes collaborating with the Director of Asset Management/Real Estate Portfolio, Finance, and departments on functionality of machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Technician adds value by adapting to situations, being flexible, accommodating and having an excellent attitude and willingness to help.
