The Human Resources Business Partner contributes by the use of appropriate HR policies and practices, and communication. Additionally, the HRBP contributes by providing day-to-day support and guidance to AHF domestic staff and management in all aspects of Human Resources. The scope of responsibility will be both tactical and strategic. The HRBP will work closely to anticipate and mitigate employee and organizational issues, make recommendations and implement solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key domestic employees.
