The Human Resources Business Partner contributes to the use of appropriate HR policies and practices, and communication. Additionally, the HRBP contributes by providing day-to-day support and guidance to domestic staff and management in all aspects of Human Resources. The scope of responsibility will be both tactical and strategic. Role Description

The Program Director (Site Director) Detroit will oversee the implementation and management of prevention education curriculum and outreach programs. This, on-site role is based in Detroit, MI, and involves building relationships with local stakeholders, facilitating educational programs, managing community partnerships, and coordinating awareness campaigns. Key responsibilities include program development, staff management, performance monitoring, and collaboration with local organizations and schools to expand impact in deterring human trafficking. The Program Director will also participate in fundraising efforts and advocate for policies that support education and prevention measures.

  • Must possess a Medical Board license MD/DO (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease

  • Valid DEA & Furnishing license

  • Comfortable seeing up to 15–18 patients per day

  • Prior experience in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting

  • Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire

  • Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required
