The Digital Planning Offer Management Team is responsible for defining the experience of financial planning for our retail clients, while driving overall growth and better client outcomes. Our purpose is to expand access to quality investment advice through scalable solutions, reaching a much wider range of investors than ever before.

The Team Is Responsible For·  Strategy & Client Experience - envision the future and build the roadmap for our digital planning offer;

·         Execution – working well with multiple organizations including product, marketing, design, legal & compliance to execute on our roadmap;

·         Client service – serve clients in digital planning with compelling experiences and better investing outcomes;

·         Partnership - support client facing employees in delivering for our clients. 

The Managing Director, Digital Planning is responsible for the strategy and vision of our digital planning offer distributed through our online and mobile channels. This leader is also responsible for executing against that vision, and ensuring that our partners across multiple businesses are working together to make this vision come to life. This leader would also need to have product management skills, and an understanding of the technical needs of the build across domains. This leader would need to sharpen our knowledge of our target client(s), understand of their needs, evaluate the current client experience and determine how it should evolve.
·         Develop a strategy and client experience vision for our products in digital planning

·         Execute on the strategy by partnering with product management, marketing, legal & compliance;

·         Seek out, negotiate and execute on potential 3 rd party partnerships

·         Report on business results and understand the drivers of those results;

·         Manage the ongoing client communications activities;

·         Experience in product development and/or client experience roles;

·         Experience in building internal alignment and influencing colleagues;

·         A passion for investing and digital advice;

·         Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills;

·         Sound judgment and an ability to identify and manage trade-offs;

·         Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic;

·         Curiosity to continually reevaluate our offers / products;

·         Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;

·         BA/BS degree plus 8-12 years of product management, client experience or strategy preferred.
