The Supervisor of Ryan White Medical Case Management Programs (MCMP) contributes to the success of the Ryan White Case Management Programs by managing the daily work flow to achieve high quality care management delivery and positive clinical outcomes, while meeting the administrative and contractual performance targets, documentation standards, and billing requirements of the Ryan White Medical Case Management Programs.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Oversight for clinical and programmatic adherence to all grant and contract requirements and provisions.
Ongoing monitoring of clinical results and outcomes, and preparation of reports thereof.
Maintenance of overall clinical and administrative quality assurance for the department.
Development and implementation of appropriate clinical evaluation protocols as required.
