Head of Quality Assurance, Greater China (GCP focused)

Accountable for driving the Quality Assurance delivery program within assigned region. Oversee support of customer / functional accounts, audit and inspection programs, business analytics, and QA quality management systems. Responsible for ensuring teams within the region have clear focus and understanding of QA strategy and that services are executed and delivered to the highest standards and within budget.

Human Resources Director

Plan, implement and lead a service-oriented Human Resources function in support of key business goals for Greater China and Holdings functions.  Develops an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance. Acts as the primary strategic business partner to the management team and contributes to the overall business planning and development process.
