In this role, as the Vice President for Business Development for the Aerospace Business Area in the Defense Systems Sector, you are expected to thrive in an environment where you are responsible for the management and execution of the full BD life cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals in a high-paced environment. You will manage a team of business development professionals, including capture managers, BD leads and
10-15 years of related job experience.
3-5 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
Medical Degree (MD/DO) with an active state-specific medical board license in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Adult Gerontology, or Infectious Disease
Valid DEA and Furnishing License
Comfortable managing a patient panel of 15–18 patients per day in an outpatient setting
Prior experience in diagnosing and treating HIV/AIDS within a Primary Care environment
Commitment to obtaining AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire
Current certification in CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)

The Medical Director contributes to the mission and core values of the organization by projecting, integrating and managing the philosophy of the Healthcare Center. The Medical Director is responsible for managing a minimum of fourteen patients per day, coordinating patient scheduling, monitoring charts, guide medical staff and troubleshoot as necessary
Qualifications
Must possess a Medical Board license MD/DO/RNP (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease
Valid DEA & Furnishing license
Prior experience or interest in treating and diagnosing clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting
Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire
Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required
