The HHF Housing Manager contributes to by increasing housing occupancy and streamlining the in-take and leasing process for HHF properties. The HHF Housing Manager enhances the reputation of the organization by guiding and coaching the Housing and Leasing Coordinators in handling every step of the in-take and leasing process, background checks, move-ins, transfers, as well as keeping all residents records up-to-date in App Folio. A great emphasis will be placed on a timely response to housing applicants and inquires, as well as connecting with external partners and agencies to identify resources for HHF residents.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a HHF Housing Manager, it is crucial to ensure that the Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. A collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
