The candidate will train, coach and lead teams on Voice, Transport, Ethernet, IP and Cloud based order processing and maintenance support. As the Network Engineering Manager you will provide leadership for a team of network engineers responsible for the implementation and support of a global wide area network of over 260 locations, inclusive of voice, data (LAN/WAN) and contact center solutions. The successful candidate will create technology road maps, manage budgets, oversee projects, manage service level agreements, build/maintain vendor relations, and ultimately maintain accountability to our internal business customers.
