Systems Engineering Team Leader

This person reports to the Networking Services Manager and will be responsible for the management of the Systems Engineering Team, leading the design, implementation and management of Corporate Infrastructure including Server and Virtualization Platforms, Identity and Access Management, Public and private Cloud, as well as Data Protection.

Telecom Operations & Solutions Analyst

The Telecom Operations & Solutions Analyst is a customer facing role that manages the support of moderate to complex programs and processes. The candidate will train, coach and lead teams on Voice, Transport, Ethernet, IP and Cloud based order processing and maintenance support. Responsible for timely communication and support of assigned programs, providing oversight for solutions offered to existing or prospective clients.

Director of Network Support Operations

The Director position will be responsible for leading the Network Support Operations organization which includes such functions as National Network Operations Center, Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management, and Project Management for Core Operations. The position will develop, lead and align the execution of both short term tactical initiatives and long-term strategies which will facilitate the organization’s ability to meet or exceed key service metrics. The Director will exhibit insight, innovation, and leadership to drive multiple strategies resulting in continuously improving quality and customer experience satisfaction.
