Customer Fulfillment Representative

 Plano, TX (DFW Metro area)

To provide a high level of customer care by utilizing a collaborative team sales process within the assigned customer base, in addition to developing new opportunities, necessary to satisfy company revenue growth and profitability objectives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

•         Proactive and positive approach to customer interaction and communication

·                  Thorough knowledge of excel spreadsheets and data manipulation 

•         Ability to prioritize [urgent from important] relating to customer care and other tasks

•         Taking part of decision-making process with V.P. of Sales, and others when required for the best outcomes

•         Develop, strengthen, and sustain credible working relationships with fellow colleagues, and all external vendors to the company

•         Effective team member with a general understanding of business model, aluminum commodity market, competitive landscape, and how to creatively define and offer solutions to various problems, or system(s) inefficiencies

•         Manage well within a changing environment and apply thoughtful challenges of the current process

•         Ability to present information clearly and persuasively, share knowledge with others

•         Demonstrate positive, professional behavior towards all team members

•         Willingness to travel when required to visit with customers

DAILY/WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•         Provide sales order updates and related sales information to the customer base

•         Provide quotes as required within the company budget and/or parameters from VP of Sales

•         Provide updates of shipment details via Steamship websites

•         Close collaboration with logistics vendors as required to satisfy customer delivery expectations

•         Provide acknowledgments to new customers based on opportunities

•         Provide various reports of customer sales/bookings, within quarterly/annually, or other as required

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

•         B.S. or B.A degree required from an accredited university is desired

•         2-3 years work experience, preferably from an industrial sales background

•         Strong computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new systems

•         Positive, enthusiastic, and creative mindset when collaborating with others to solve problems

•         Desire to learn the aluminum industry from all aspects and various end use applications

•         Must be self aware, respectful and must have an appreciation for cultural diversity
