We’re conducting an executive search for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to serve at a leading HIV-focused outpatient clinic in DFW. Duties and Responsibilities
A 100% outpatient role — no nights, no weekends
A full support team including RN, MA, and Practice Manager
A collaborative, purpose-driven environment focused on HIV and LGBTQ health
A shared call schedule that respects your time and balance
Compensation & Perks
Base salary + retention bonus up to $100,000
Quarterly bonus up to $2,500
Bi-weekly productivity bonuses
Sign-on bonus + relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401K or 457B, malpractice/tail coverage
CME stipend + Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
Requirements
MD or DO license (Texas)
DEA & Furnishing license
CPR/BLS certification
Will attend to 15–18 patients/day
Experience or interest in HIV/AIDS primary care
Willingness to obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months
