Lexington, KY
On-siteFull-time
As we scale the next chapter of growth, we are hiring a Vice President of Marketing to architect and lead the growth engine behind our U.S. horse racing platform.
This is a strategic executive role. This is a builder’s seat.
Role Description
A strategic lever, not a support function. Customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, brand authority, and industry partnerships sit at the center of platform expansion.
You will:
Own measurable investment growth across the U.S. platform
Design and scale the performance marketing engine
Build the systems, discipline, and accountability required for durable growth
Align marketing strategy with product, compliance, finance, and executive leadership
You will lead a smart, ambitious, and growing marketing team across brand, lifecycle/CRM, paid acquisition, and partnerships. You are a participatory leader who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and engage directly in the work alongside your team. Furthermore, you lead by example — helping drive performance, solve problems, and build a high-performing marketing organization.
Your responsibility is not just to manage campaigns — it is to build a growth architecture that scales.
While your primary mandate is the U.S. business, you will contribute strategically to the marketing infrastructure supporting future asset launches across North America.
This role sits at the leadership table.
Your Mission — What You Will Do
Establish clear revenue accountability and growth targets
Scale paid acquisition with disciplined CAC, LTV, and payback modeling
Build modern ad tech infrastructure (tracking, attribution, audience architecture, creative testing frameworks)
Thoughtfully integrate AI into planning, execution, and analytics
Develop sophisticated CRM and lifecycle systems to drive conversion, retention, and repeat investment
Elevate brand positioning while maintaining performance efficiency
Build and scale a structured industry partnerships strategy that becomes a meaningful contributor to growth
Operate with high credibility internally and externally — aligning cross-functional teams while representing the company in significant industry relationships
Identify, negotiate, and grow partnerships that expand distribution, strengthen brand authority, and unlock long-term strategic advantage
Build reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity directly to business performance
Develop and mentor emerging marketing talent
Operate with strong judgment inside a regulated securities environment
Who You Are
Qualifications you likely have:
Scaled revenue in a consumer-facing, digital-first business
Managed meaningful ad budgets with efficiency and discipline
Built performance marketing systems — not just campaigns
Balanced brand equity with response-driven growth
Built lifecycle marketing engines that increased customer value over time
Developed and led partnership programs that generated measurable business outcomes
Represented your company credibly in executive and industry settings
Operated in complex, ambiguous, or regulated environments
Led teams and elevated performance standards
You understand that growth is infrastructure and that scale requires discipline, creativity, and experimentation.
You understand that marketing is not creativity alone — it is strategy, math, systems, negotiation, and leadership. Furthermore, you operate with strong analytical rigor, but you also know that perfect data rarely exists. You test constantly, design thoughtful experiments, and use proxy KPIs and sound judgment to make smart bets. You challenge assumptions, anticipate obstacles, and have a track record of navigating complexity and delivering results.
Expanding our marketing channels, engaging new customer cohorts, building durable industry partnerships, and developing a more diversified media mix. Budgets are increasing. The opportunity set is broader. The playbook is still being written. This role is about helping us scale intelligently and building the systems, partnerships, and leadership required to grow the platform while maintaining discipline.
You will help shape how the leading brand in fractional racehorse ownership expands its reach, strengthens its industry position, and continues to grow its community of owners. If you’ve helped lead a company through a similar phase, where product-market fit is proven, but true scale is still being built — we should talk. You don’t need to be an expert in horse racing, as we have plenty of those. But you do need to be excited about the opportunity to connect hundreds of thousands of passionate fans to the sport they love. An appreciation for the equine athlete and a genuine curiosity to learn more about this incredible sport will go a long way.
Our core team is based in Lexington, KY, and we value working closely together in person. We’ve found that speed, alignment, and creativity are strongest when we’re in the same room. While we’re open to remote work for the right person, we have a strong preference for someone who can be in Lexington and deeply embedded with the team.
