Inside Sales Account Manager based in Atlanta, GA. The Inside Sales Account Manager will drive sales of Gypsum products and services through a variety of channels - primarily over the phone with an already established customer base. Successful managers will leverage their knowledge of products, economic thinking skills, and customer relationships to drive incremental value. This role has a high degree of visibility within the organization, with opportunities to grow significantly within Inside Sales or other capabilities. Includes: • Manage customer accounts for pre-defined sales territories. •

Prospect new accounts and generate profitable incremental business. • Processing customer orders into the sales system in a timely, accurate, and profitable manner. • Respond to customer inquiries for product information, product availability, order status,pricing, and invoicing questions. • Monitor daily targets for respective territories and make necessary outbound calls to achieve set volume targets. • Track inventory levels to ensure stock adequately meets demand. • Satisfy customer requirements with personalized attention, without compromising the team or company objectives • Continually look for ways to improve current levels of customer service. • Work closely with team members to create a seamless customer experience and promote a strong team environment. •
