Project and Web Coordinator

Job Introduction An exciting opportunity for a Projects and Web Coordinator has arisen within the License Fee Unit (LFU) based in London. The team currently comprises approximately 35 staff with responsibilities including Sales &; Marketing, Collections, Operations (including Web), Programmer and Business Assurance, Commercial, Communications and Policy.

The License Fee Unit is responsible for generating in excess of £3.7bn licensee fee revenue on which the the Co. depends for the vast majority of its income. The objective of the LFU is to collect the licensee fee œto maximize long-term net licensee fee revenue in a way which sustains public support for the licensee fee.

Role Responsibility The Projects and Web Coordinators primary role will be to coordinate and support the LFUs projects and changes including the transition programs deliverables and documentation. The Projects and Web Coordinator will also need to report on progress, issues and risks, and dependencies of the projects, to help decisions to be made.

The position will draw on your experience of liaising with third parties as well as a number of internal stakeholders within the Co. It will also draw on your experience of managing web content and optimizing online customer journeys.

This can be an extremely rewarding role that will give the successful candidate exposure to a wide range of projects and business areas whilst coordinating and supporting business change and transformation projects for one of the core areas of the Co.

The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate strong experience in coordinating projects or programs as well as supporting an organization’s online/web channel from a business and technical perspective.

You will have an excellent ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders and third parties to ensure issues, conflicts and dependencies are fully identified and appropriately resolved. It is also important that you have significant experience of planning and organization across a number of tasks and business areas at the same time.

It would also be a huge advantage for the successful candidate to have an industry qualification in project management, such as Prince II, MSP, APMP, PMI or equivalent.
