Our client, a fast growing senior living company with corporate offices in South Carolina, is currently seeking a Vice President of Human Resources and Training. This position provides overall management and oversight of the Human Resources and Training departments for Senior Services and their effectiveness and impact on approximately 2,000 current employees and multiple communities. This position is a key contributor to the strategic and operational components of the organization in the current operation as well as future development of the company. It also serves as a business partner to the senior leadership team as the Harmony footprint continues to grow with multiple states of operation.
Potential candidates should have experience in Human Resource Management and Training. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with preferably (10+) years progressive work experience in a lead HR position with (3+) years of strategic management experience; experience in Senior Living highly desired. The candidate must demonstrate a collaborative approach to problem solving and working in a team environment with the ability to meet difficult deadlines. They will also be required to meet the required necessary background clearance.
