Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Outside (Territory) Sales Representative in the Houston, TX area. Our client is part of the healthcare continuum for patients requiring incontinence, enteral, urological, ostomy or wound products.

The primary focus of this outside sales position is to generate new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, discovery and ultimate qualification of target accounts. The majority of your day will be focused on the generation of new business via face-to-face interactions with healthcare professionals.

Key Job Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and growing the profitability of assigned accounts Plans and implements weekly sales activities and account sales strategies Maximizes revenue potential in key accounts Makes minimum monthly sales calls and meets new business quotas Resolves customer service issues in accounts Demonstrates products and services at in-services in key accounts and trade shows

Experience/Qualifications/Education: Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievement Ability to sell a service and promote product lines Proven track record of developing new accounts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time and territory management skills Bachelor's degree preferred
