Vice President, Equality Recruiting and Strategy

We are looking for an inspirational Vice President of Equality Recruiting & Strategy to join a large, dynamic, and growing recruiting team within Employee Success. Reporting into the Executive Vice President of Recruiting, this leader will drive equality recruiting strategy, including managing a team of ~35 Equality Talent Partners while creating and implementing equality recruiting programs. The vice president will help to win the hearts and minds of key stakeholders while championing programs to provide greater access to equality. The vice president will improve upon our equality recruiting strategy, ensuring candidates have a uniquely positive experience from first introduction all the way through to their onboarding. This is a newly-created role.
Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute D&I recruiting programs and strategies to help Salesforce achieve our equality goals.

  • Navigate within Salesforce to create, foster, and implement company-wide procedures and programs to enable success for equality recruiting strategy.

  • Partner with the Office of Equality, executive leadership, sourcing, recruitment marketing, and internal equality groups to understand, improve, and drive our equality recruiting efforts.

  • Manage a team of ~35 Equality Talent Partners as they advocate for and provide access to talent; enable the Equality Talent Partners to seek new sources of talent where diverse populations are located.

  • Interpret data, measure success, and pivot as necessary to ensure the successful adoption of new and improved recruiting programs at scale.

  • Lean into courageous conversations to drive equality; be a champion for equality within the company; oversee and deliver programs that are implemented across the company to drive equality strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • 15+ years of D&I and/or recruiting experience that includes 5+ years of team leadership including experience leading managers.

  • A critical thought leader who can turn ideas into action; the ability to drive net-new programs at scale.

  • The ability to innovate from concept to delivery. Proven experience of elevating equality related programs through process, technology, and people.

  • A keen interest in data and a point of view around how data should be used and interpreted; the ability to synthesize key points from a data set and make informed decisions.

  • Experience developing and implementing D&I recruiting strategies, including strategies geared toward different populations, identities and ethnicities.

  • Proven ability to earn trust and credibility quickly.

  • History of building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders to drive equality and hiring goals as well as program outcomes.

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Inspirational leader with excellent judgment.

  • Thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment where change is constant.

  • Experience in presenting results to internal and external teams, including senior management.
