The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission by delivering effective multi-state recruitment solutions for our Healthcare Center (Operations), Public Health Division, and Managed Care business lines within the Northern Region/Bureau. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with hiring managers, providing daily status reports, sourcing candidates, conducting cold calls, and data mining. This position collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and various internal departments.
Key qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Recruiter include:
A collaborative approach as a team player, ensuring seamless hiring processes and serving as a primary contact for designated business lines. Proficiency in sourcing, negotiating, placing, and onboarding new hires is essential. This role requires excellence in recruiting, responsiveness, reporting, and maintaining accurate records in a dynamic environment.
Full-cycle recruitment experience and strong closing abilities are required. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems—specifically ICIMS—is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain a positive attitude. Knowledge of benefits and compensation, along with the ability to consistently deliver value by partnering with department leaders, is crucial. Flexibility, solution orientation, and approachability are also important attributes.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
· Min of four+ years' experience in corporate or major non-profit recruitment
· Mandatory experience with social media and online recruitment strategies
· Superior communication/interpersonal skills. Biliungual skills are a plus
· Occasional travel required. Physician recruitment experience preferred
· Experience in health care or a closely related industry preferred
· Successful completion of background check required
