Nurse Manager
Maintains clinical competency, as demonstrated in providing and directing patient care. Assures that nursing staff practices within their individual scopes of practice. Assists and communicates with medical staff concerning patient care issues (e.g., change in condition, refill requests, patient incidents).
Triage/assess walk-in patients or those calling for assistance
Physician
Ensures compliance with standard by coordinating patient scheduling to compensate for no-show rate.
- Provides on-call coverage on rotation schedule.
- Reviews laboratory test results and other reports.
- Authorizes refills for medications.
- Completes diagnosis forms, applications for SSI, Medi-Cal and HRSA forms in a timely manner.
Nurse Manager

- Participates in the case management of individual patients to ensure the continuity of care
