Provide leadership and strategic direction of the Health Plan segment with approximately $40B in total revenue. Accountable for client retention satisfaction, retention and overall enterprise growth. Build strategic partnerships with C-suite level Health Plan executives to drive growth and profitability. This role will be responsible for all of Health Plan client relations, account management, and clinical support.

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction of the Health Plan segment

  • Develop and execute retention and growth strategies across the health plan portfolio and joint venture opportunities

  • Manage the P&L of the Health Plan portfolio, minimizing risk and identifying strategic capabilities

  • Ensure operational efficiency within a very large, highly matrixed and complex operating environment

  • Executing on the talent strategies to continue developing and retain top talent

Required Qualifications

15 years of experience required

Preferred Qualifications

MA/MBA preferred

B/BS required
