Supports the growth of the Medical Group and the Health organization by establishing and maintaining central coordination of the physician recruitment functions. This position is involved in all phases of physician and other healthcare providers employment such as recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and placement activities.
Bachelor's degree or graduation from an accredited nursing or other medical training program preferred. Related experience, preferably in marketing, public relations or business field. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and internet applications.
