The Human Resources Business Partner contributes to the use of appropriate HR policies and practices, and communication. Additionally, the HRBP contributes by providing day-to-day support and guidance to domestic staff and management in all aspects of Human Resources. The scope of responsibility will be both tactical and strategic. The HRBP will work closely to anticipate and mitigate employee and organizational issues, make recommendations and implement solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key domestic employees. 

The Human Resources Business Partner enhances the reputation by being the main point of contact to directors, employees, and supervisors in multiple services lines regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, recruiting, training, and employee relations. The HRBP conducts research and answers routine and non-routine questions related to HR within certain limitations, interprets policy where clear-cut procedures do not exist. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

The Human Resources Business Partner will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure that Domestic goals and standards are met. Working alongside the HR Domestic team, you will be required to participate in regularly scheduled meetings with HR staff to exchange information and provide ongoing support and problem resolution.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of four years Employee Relations related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years in Employee Relations

  • Education: Bachelors

  • TRAVEL: Local travel to our various sites and have reliable transportation to do so. Travel will be within Los Angeles County, but could branch out to other Southern CA locations such as Inland Empire, San Diego, etc. Travel could be up to 50% of the position.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Employee Relations across different service lines: investigations, terminations, disciplinary actions, corrective coaching, policy enforcement, performance management, etc.

    • Cross-functional collaboration across HR including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HRIS, Onboarding, etc.
