IMM RN Medical Case Manager
The RN Care Case Manager (RN RW IMM) blends the mission with Care Management across both Ryan White and Pharmacy programs. Utilizing strong nursing clinical skills, RW IMM Nurse focuses on a caring and knowledgeable approach. You’ll work with our providers, pharmacy and healthcare center team so that patients receive the support they require and access to available resources.
IMM RN Medical Case Manager
Collaborative contributions by the IMM MEDICAL CASE MANAGER is essential to our success including working with various departments within Pharmacy as well as other divisions, our patients and partners. The skills discussed below are representative of the knowledge, experience and abilities that lead to our success together.
Associate Director of Talent Acquisition
•Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs
•Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel
•Assign cases and create schedules for all employees
•Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
•Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
•Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
Medical Director/Physician US Locations
Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Physician
Ensures compliance with standard by coordinating patient scheduling to compensate for no-show rate.
- Provides on-call coverage on rotation schedule.
- Reviews laboratory test results and other reports.
- Authorizes refills for medications.
- Completes diagnosis forms, applications for SSI, Medi-Cal and HRSA forms in a timely manner.
Medical Director (Health Care Center)
Under the supervision of the Chief of Medicine, the Medical Director will serve as an enterprise leader. The primary responsibilities of this role will include but is not limited to providing leadership to the healthcare center staff with regards to healthcare plan quality improvement by continuous measuring and monitoring the improvement of our healthcare center operations.
Physician

Assists and communicates with medical staff concerning patient care issues (e.g., change in condition, refill requests, patient incidents).
