Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Maintains clinical competency, as demonstrated in providing and directing patient care.
Assures that nursing staff practice within their individual scopes of practice.
Assists and communicates with medical staff concerning patient care issues (e.g., change in condition, refill requests, patient incidents).
Assesses and Triages patients.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Oversight for clinical and programmatic adherence to all grant and contract requirements and provisions.
Ongoing monitoring of clinical results and outcomes, and preparation of reports thereof.
Maintenance of overall clinical and administrative quality assurance for the department.
Development and implementation of appropriate clinical evaluation protocols as required.
Work with country program data managers to ensure high-quality data.
Set-up and manage databases of global program data
Form and oversee the Global M&E unit which will be responsible for the Provider Productivity Report and Quarterly Report.
Provide long-term in-country support for coordination and scale-up of data management systems.
