Education and Experience:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law and in good standing with at least one U.S. jurisdiction
3-5 years of relevant legal experience, in-house experience preferred but not required
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
The Clinical Pharmacist – PCM will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services of a Patient Care Management Hub according to pharmacy policies and Standards of Practice.
Licenses and Certifications:
State license for the location you are applying for, one additional State license and will be required to obtain AAHIVP Certification within one year of hire.

Qualifications
Must possess a Medical Board license MD/DO/RNP (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease
Valid DEA & Furnishing license
Prior experience or interest in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting
Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire
Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required
Min Salary: USD $250,000.00/Yr., Max Salary: USD $265,000.00/Yr.
