Under the direction of the Chief of Managed Care, the Associate Director of Managed Care Informatics and Data (ADMCID) is responsible for the direction and oversight of analytics, reporting, and research to support operational goals. The ADMCID works collaboratively with IT data management staff to assure that strategy, tactics and execution of data related processes are communicated and understood by MC operations, finance and IT staff. The Associate Director is available to consult with staff in order to assist the IT data management staff and/or finance staff with their required clinical, financial, and other data reporting responsibilities to local, state and federal agencies.
Maintains clinical competency, as demonstrated in providing and directing patient care. Assures that nursing staff practices within their individual scopes of practice. Assists and communicates with medical staff concerning patient care issues (e.g., change in condition, refill requests, patient incidents).
Triage/assess walk-in patients or those calling for assistance
Ensures compliance with standard by coordinating patient scheduling to compensate for no-show rate.

Under minimal supervision, the Associate Director of Quality carries out the day to day management and operations of the Quality Department managing staff and projects to accomplish its goals and objectives. This position is responsible for all quality of care complaints and grievances including timely processing, tracking data and analysis and presentation of outcomes and improvement efforts around trending issues.
